Hilltop Securities and Momentum Independent Network CEO Brad Winges

Brad Winges has been President and chief executive officer of Hilltop Securities and Momentum Independent Network since 2019. Both of these Dallas-based companies offer financial solutions and services to wealth clients as well as public finance issuers. Brad Winges’ responsibilities with Hilltop Securities extend to all aspects of firm wide strategy and executive leadership. His diverse areas of expertise range from fixed income securities to mortgage finance, commodities, public finance, wealth management and insurance.

Brad Winges formerly served over 28 years with the investment bank Piper Jaffray, where he served as head of fixed income and president of Piper Jaffray Investment Management, among other senior management roles. He is also a co-founding member and current board member of the American Securities Association. Mr. Winges got his professional start as a futures trader in the late 1980s and early 1990s, as a floor trader on the Chicago Mercantile Exchange. He eventually earned his bachelor of science in economics from the University of Wisconsin-Madison in 1990.
